i got a letter today. written on ~cornflower blue paper. that makes me oh so happy. it’s from Miss Kirstie Rae. one of my absolute favourite people. and her letters…one of my absolute favourite things. she’s such a sweetheart. it was covered in birdie stamps. that she made. i feel pretty darn special. {i adore birdies}.
(i daresay that the endpapers of Manly will be ~cornflower blue paper.)
i spent a few sweet hours painting store windows today for a fundraiser. i wrote some lovely penmanship and did some whimsical stars. red, white, and blue all the way. on my fingers….it was a.m.a.z.i.n.g. painting is one of my favourite ways to pass time.
and then i read this today:

i cannot tell you enough about my love for Keats. this is my favourite poem by him. i find him as lovely as sunflowers. that’s pretty darn lovely…
today has been about favourites for me. to make it even better, i will probably go and put an apron on and make some bread. that’s one of my other favourites.
